Refund policies vary by product type. All payments are processed through Stripe. Please review the policy applicable to your purchase.
Coaching Packages
Coaching is application-based and typically involves an introductory call before purchase. Refunds for coaching packages are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
Cohorts
Cohort enrollment is for a defined program period. Refunds are available up to 14 days after the cohort start date, minus any sessions already delivered. After 14 days, refunds are not available.
Workshops
Workshop purchases are final. If you are unable to attend a live workshop, recordings are provided to all registrants.
Vault / Membership Subscription
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Books & Downloads
Digital downloads are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues, contact us for assistance.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at hello@intimacyliberationarmy.com with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge through your bank before contacting us, your access may be suspended while the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to reach out first so we can address any issues directly.
